Commercial Cleaning Services Includes:

 

Basic Packages for Green Cleaning Service  #1.(CLEANING AND DISINFECTING)

  • Daily, weekly, monthly cleaning service

  • Building, janitorial and general cleaning 

  • General dusting and surface cleaning

  • Floor sweep and mopping ,carpet vacuuming

  • Garbage, litter and waste removal

  • Interior glass cleaning, kitchen cleaning

  • All restroom floors are wet mopped and sanitized

  • All paper and soap dispensers are replenished

  • All porcelain and stainless steel sinks, faucets, handles, toilets, urinals and urinal partitions will be free of deposits, stains, soap and odors.

 

Standard Daily Janitorial Service for Non-Green Cleaning #1.(CLEANING AND DISINFECTING)

  • Empty all waste baskets, ash receptacles, and trash containers

  • Replace all waste containers and torn liners as needed

  • Dust desk, office furniture, picture frames and cabinets

  • Remove smudges and fingerprints from doors, door frames, and light switch plates

  • Clean and sanitize all drinking fountains

  • Dust windowsills and other flat surfaces

  • Clean all elevators

  • Return chairs, furniture, and wastebaskets to proper location

  • Dust mop and/or damp mop all tile floors

  • Wet mop all floors to remove spills and stains

  • Vacuum carpets

  • Spot clean all interior glass and Plexiglas

  • Clean all entrance and exit glass doors

  • Turn off lights except those designated to be left on

  • Neatly arrange magazines

  • Must have paid experience in cleaning or handyman services

  • Must be authorized to work in the country you are applying in

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • We use a variety of nontoxic, eco-friendly cleaning products.

  • We do not use products that fail to list their ingredients. There are many easy-to-use natural alternatives which can safely be used in place of commercial household products.
